    Base Pricing
    Guests are always charged in USD. A 13% tax is added on top of lodging plus cleaning at checkout, matching the Hostaway listings.
    Book-Direct Comparison
    Only fill this in if the property is genuinely listed on Airbnb, VRBO, or Booking.com, and enter the nightly rate guests actually pay there. The site will show it struck through next to your direct rate along with the savings. Leave it blank and no savings comparison is shown anywhere — the property simply displays its real price. Must be higher than the base nightly rate.
    Seasons
    Date ranges with their own nightly rate. Both dates are included. If ranges overlap, the first one listed wins.
    Single-Night Overrides
    Beats every other rate for that one night. Use for New Year's Eve, holidays, and event weekends.
    Rate Preview
    Pick dates to see exactly what a guest would be charged.
    Block Dates
    Check-out is the first night that is free again. To block the nights of Aug 1–4, set check-in Aug 1 and check-out Aug 5.
